Quiet day

Just wanted to say "thanks" for all the well wishes. They really meant alot.

I hope everyone had a great holdiay weekend. My back is feeling much better, thank goodness. I have been busy so far this week at work closing out the month and getting the financial statements done so today was my first day off this week. I am also working on a pretty big project and hope to have it set up and ready to print billings next week. That would be really great!

Not much has been going on. Just doing what I have to do and taking it pretty easy. I pull a few weeds here and there but nothing tooo difficult. Had errands and laundry to do today, so didn't get as much done as I really wanted. Maybe this weekend.

I have hardly touched the genealogy research in some time and really should get going on that again especially since I have paid online subscriptions. However, for some unknown reason, I just can't seem to get focused and engrossed in it yet. Will have to try and get focused on that again.

Time to get dinner finished up. Roast beef, noodles, gravy and salad with dinner rolls. Been cooking in the crockpot all afternoon and boy does it smell good!!

Oh well, tomorrow is another day. Have a good one!

How about taking a break from Geneology and resubscribe when you feel up to it? Would that help you?

I'm so happy that you're feeling better. I hope you're pain-free sooner than soon.

I wonder if your genealogy research is like my creative-interests in that it's more of a a winter-time interest. I just have a dawg of a time getting creative when the weather is warm. I often wonder why this is for me.

Penny's okay for now, thankfully, there's no immediate health concerns as far as her possible illness. We're going to have to wait a bit before taking her back for more tests because we have to start taking the kittens in for their shots and money is tight. Thanks so much for your positive thoughts and support for Penny. You're a sweetheart!
